Tour Terms and Conditions of Agent Ngapali
Tour Booking and Payments.
Booking shall be made through Agent Ngapali Travels & Tours Ltd. 50 % of advance booking fees should be paid 14 days prior to scheduled date and the balanced should be settled 7 days prior to the departure date.
No cancellation fees will be charged if written cancellation is received 14 days prior to arrival .A cancellation fees of 50 % of tour will charged if cancellation is made within 10 days, before arrival of clients
No refund will be given after the tour services partly consummed or after com- mencement of travel for the programmed services which are not utilized by the clients.
Package Tour Package
Tour include meeting, transfers, sightseeing, excursions, transportations, accomodations and guide services. Poterage charge for two baggages per person and ent- rance fees mentioned in itineraries are also included. The adventure tours, the pilgrimage tours, the beach tours, the garden & park tours, the special highlights tours and business tours are specially arranged on request, based on 28 days visa.
Hotel accomodation will be arranged at the standard or superior or delux hotels as mentioned in the itineraries or similar, based on two persons sharing a twin-bedded room with private bath and/or shower and toilet, for maximum comfort to the clients. The sin- gle rooms are available upon payments of the single room supplement.
full board will be provided at hotels or standard restaurants .
